The bakery has officially opened today here at Keeler Kai.
There is Poi Bread rising in the bucket, Applesauce strudel muffins in the oven, and chocolate chips cookies are on the Que for my friend Kathy's Birthday.

Since I live in Hawaii, its like a sauna in this house. Had to keep my windows closed so as not to create a draft on my bread, however the smells make up for it. what are you all baking for the holidays?
